What we collect

• Names and nicknames — to place the couple’s names in the film.
• Email and phone number — to deliver the film, send status updates, and reach you about the request.
• Venue and wedding date — to show the celebration details in the invitation.
• Photos of the bride and groom — to personalise faces in the film. JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 8 MB each.
• Reference images or short clips — when you share an idea or a note with the studio, so we understand the look you want (up to 8 MB each).
• Payment confirmation ids — when you pay, so we can match your payment to your film. We do not store your card number.

How photos are used to make your film

Your films are AI-generated. Bride and groom photographs may be sent to an AI video generation service so the couple can appear in the finished invitation. That service processes the photos only to create your film. It is not allowed to keep them for its own marketing, or to train its models on your photos.

Please upload your partner’s photograph only with their permission.

How we keep photos safe

• Your photos are stored privately and encrypted on secure servers in India. Only our team can open them, using temporary links.
• There is no public gallery of customer photos.
• Photos are not used for marketing unless you later give written permission.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay’s pages, not on ours. Razorpay processes that information under its own privacy policy. We keep only the order and payment ids needed for your receipt—not your card number.

How long we keep your data

Photos are deleted within 30 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them for changes. Invitation details and payment confirmation ids stay as long as we need them for support and accounts, then are removed.

Your rights

• See your data — ask us what we hold for your request.
• Correct it — ask us to fix a name, email, phone number, or other detail.
• Delete it — ask us to remove your photographs and request record.
• Withdraw consent — stop a pending request before the film is delivered, or ask us not to keep photos for later changes.

Email support@pixorafilm.com from the address on the order and include your tracking code when you have one. We delete your photos and order details, and email you when it is done.

Who we are

This site is operated by Pixora Film. For privacy questions or complaints, email support@pixorafilm.com. We aim to reply within seven days.

Site analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count page visits and which creation steps people reach. It sets Google Analytics cookies in your browser. Names, wedding details, phone numbers, email addresses, and photographs are never sent to it.
